We provide tenant representation, acquisition and disposition real estate solutions. We help municipals craft their data center and renewable policies as part of their economic development plans. We assisting Data Centers and C&I (Commercial & Industrial) facilities towards carbon neutrality through energy efficiency improvements, reduced energy consumption, and the implementation of renewable energy solutions.

We implement decarbonization and sustainability solutions for you, often at no upfront cost to you. What these mean is, our company and our investors will invest in your solutions, and we get paid when your saving occurs or through a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). 

Interstate Technologies, LLC is also conducting studies into Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence for real estate applications.
